Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered but if something isn't right let us know.
Please try your items on immediately upon receipt and approve fit and all particulars.
Item(s) returned must be in its original condition and deemed wearable for continued use. This involves garments and accessories that include all hangtags and labels attached, are unworn, unused, unaltered, unsoiled, undamaged, and fragrant-free. We will not accept worn, used, altered item(s) or any item(s) without its original hangtags and labels attached. Please note, no returns will be accepted if these Return & Exchange requirements are not met.
Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and refund requests must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt.
If you would like to exchange your items for a different item and you want a speedy delivery, simply call us at 1-561-883-1811 and reorder the items you want. We will ship your replacement items immediately and credit your returns when received. Refunds exclude return freight charges.

You MUST contact us before you make any returns or exchanges to receive an RA number (return authorization number). Please put your RA number on the outside of your package.

Please include a note telling us whether you want to return or exchange the item. If you are exchanging an item, let us know which item you want instead.
Note: Refunds apply only to the purchase price of the garment(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Returns accepted at our Boca Raton location are for store credit only.

All orders are shipped USPS or UPS (most handbags will be shipped via UPS and need a street address - no PO Boxes).
U.S. non-mainland buyers - your items may ship via a different carrier or carry additional charges. Please contact us before making your purchase.
Orders of $275.00 or more will be shipped free.
0 - $30 shipping is $5.95
$31 - $50 shipping is $7.95
$51 - $75 shipping is $9.95
$76 - $100 shipping is $10.95
$101 - $150 shipping is $13.95
$151 - $274.99 shipping is $15.95
*If merchandise with free shipping is returned, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from credit of returned merchandise.

To insure our international customers receive the most competitive shipping rates, international orders will receive a shipping quote, via email to be verified by the customer before the order is shipped. All duties, taxes, or fees required to be paid for purchased items, outside of the United States are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are pleased to offer Special Orders when manufacturers allow.
However, we do not offer refunds on special orders.
If you are unsure what size to order, please call and discuss the order with us beforehand so you do not get a garment that has a fit problem.
Depending on the manufacturer, special orders can take from 2 weeks to 12 weeks.
